It was nice base for travelling to Newcastle upon Tyne, I was glad to stay there. Had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave to use...

the manageress vivian and her staff were excellent! they were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay in newcastle. the apartment was conveniently located near the city center but still quiet. the free parking nearby was a bonus.

kitchen utensils were lacking

Comfortable and excellent location close enough to the city center, restaurants, bars, attractions at the city center and Eldon Square, everything perfectly fine. A shower, a drier, and bath sheets available.

On the whole, it’s fantastic base for having fun and exploring Newcastle upon Tyne. The location is comfortable if you want to access a historic centre, located within a close distance from the property. Staffs are exceptionally helpful and amiable. Has comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at City Quadrant and had a fantastic time. The manageress, Vivian, was excellent - very friendly and helpful. The staff were impeccable and the self check-in process was hassle-free. The apartment had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. The location was perfect - close to the city centre, yet quiet. Free parking was available just 50 metres away. Vivian and Len went above and beyond to sort out a parking ticket issue for me. it was a lovely, friendly, and lively experience. Great self check-in process, no hassles. The apartment had everything we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the city center and away from any noise.

We had to vacate the apartment by 10.00, which was a bit inconvenient for our late flight. , some kitchen appliances needed replacement, and there were not enough glasses and plates.

Convenient location, included parking, well-furnished apartment. Close to city center, yet quiet. Friendly staff, provided map and insights. Enjoyed both work and leisure time in this lively city.
